Party game
💰 Auction of Lies
A question with a number for an answer, and nobody has a clue. Each team locks in a bid. Closest without going over takes the points. Confidence is not accuracy.
How it plays
- Estimate. A numeric prompt drops: how many liters of saliva a human produces in a lifetime, that sort of thing. Teams argue in whispers.
- Bid. One rotating representative per team locks in the estimate. The whole team lives or dies by their finger.
- Reveal. Closest bid without going over scores. If every team overshoots, the least catastrophic guess salvages half the points. Small mercies.
Perfect for know-it-alls, engineers, and that friend who says "actually" a lot. The wall of overbidding awaits them all.
